SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the receipt of text messages from PennCoat Inc. (“PennCoat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number through a PennCoat website form and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS text messages from PennCoat in accordance with these SMS Terms.
1. Types of SMS Messages
PennCoat may send SMS messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them.
Messages may relate to:
- Flooring installation opportunities
- Contractor and installer project opportunities
- Project coordination
- Project scheduling
- Job assignments and job-related updates
- Requests for information concerning projects
- Follow-up communications regarding submitted inquiries
- Other business communications related to your interactions with PennCoat
Messages may be sent by PennCoat employees or through PennCoat’s authorized business messaging service.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a PennCoat website form and submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from PennCoat at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Your consent applies only to communications from PennCoat and does not authorize unrelated third parties to send you marketing messages.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from PennCoat.

Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. PennCoat does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages.

You can stop receiving PennCoat SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
to any PennCoat SMS message.
After you send STOP, PennCoat will process your opt-out request and you will no longer receive SMS messages from PennCoat unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

HELP
to a PennCoat SMS message.

7. Supported Opt-Out Keywords
PennCoat may recognize standard SMS opt-out keywords, including STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
If you use an available opt-out keyword, PennCoat will process the request in accordance with its SMS messaging procedures.
8. Privacy
PennCoat respects your privacy.
Information collected through the SMS opt-in process, including your mobile telephone number and SMS consent information, is handled in accordance with the PennCoat Privacy Policy.
PennCoat does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information.
PennCoat does not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
PennCoat may use authorized service providers to deliver SMS messages and operate its communications systems. Such providers may process information as necessary to provide services to PennCoat.
